An update on our build
Following the demolition and strip out works, we are currently carrying out additional surveys and refining the design for the centre, with a view to commencing building works as soon as practically possible.
We are carefully planning every detail of the development to ensure a smooth build process, which respects both the local residents and our environmental responsibilities.
We are very excited to be moving closer to starting on site.

We want to make our mark in the right way, by providing benefits to our community and the environment. The deployment of environmentally conscious construction techniques is fundamental to us achieving this objective.
To show our commitment we are working in partnership with BREEAM and WELL accreditations to ensure we deliver a healthy building for both our clients, teams and the local environment.
- 95% of waste materials from the building will be recycled
- We will improve the whole life carbon impact of the centre by 70%
- Our landscaping will be carefully considered to increase biodiversity
- Installation of air source pumps will reduce toxics around the centre
