Renaiss Health Breaks Ground on pioneering state-of-the-art physical rehabilitation centre in Richmond

Richmond, London — 5 November 2025 — We are proud to announce the commencement of construction on our new 50-bed physical rehabilitation centre in Richmond, South-West London, following the signing of a building contract with Neilcott Construction.
The ground-breaking ceremony marks a significant milestone for the development, which will bring valuable healthcare resources to South-West London. The event was attended by parties from Renaiss Health, Bridges Fund Management and Neilcott Construction.

Constructed by Neilcott, a company renowned for its experience in healthcare and community-focused developments, the new facility will feature advanced innovative physical rehabilitation spaces, including an onsite hydrotherapy pool, accessible, quality accommodation, and considered communal spaces, tailored to meet the needs of clients throughout their recovery journey.

The project also reflects Renaiss Health’s commitment to sustainability and community benefit. The development will create 80 new local jobs, restore a locally listed heritage building, and target EPC A, BREEAM Excellent, and WELL GOLD environmental standards, with 95% of demolition materials recycled.
The centre is expected to open its doors in Summer 2027.
